A CVT (continuously variable transmission) automatic transmission is a type of transmission that does not have fixed gears like traditional automatic or manual transmissions. Instead, it uses a system of pulleys and belts to provide an infinite number of gear ratios, allowing for smoother acceleration and improved fuel efficiency. CVT transmissions are known for their seamless shifting and ability to keep the engine operating at its most efficient speed. **

No, typically you cannot hear a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) on a scooter. CVTs are designed to operate smoothly and quietly, providing seamless acceleration without any noticeable shift points. Any unusual noises coming from a scooter's transmission could indicate a problem that needs to be addressed. Regular maintenance and servicing can help ensure the CVT system operates quietly and efficiently. **

No, you typically cannot hear a CVT (continuously variable transmission) in a scooter. CVTs are designed to operate smoothly and quietly, so they do not produce the same kind of noticeable shifting sounds that traditional gear transmissions do. This is one of the advantages of CVTs in scooters, as they provide seamless acceleration without the noise associated with gear changes. **

One advantage of a continuously variable transmission (CVT) is its ability to provide a smooth and seamless driving experience by continuously adjusting the gear ratio to match the engine's output. This can result in improved fuel efficiency compared to traditional automatic transmissions. However, some drivers may find the lack of traditional gear shifts in a CVT to be less engaging or responsive, leading to a disconnect from the driving experience. Additionally, CVTs can sometimes be more expensive to repair or replace compared to conventional transmissions. **
