Yes, you can fail the MPU if you do not present your old assessment to the new assessor. The old assessment provides important information about your previous performance and areas of improvement, which can help the new assessor understand your progress and determine your current level of competency. Without this information, the new assessor may not have a complete picture of your abilities, which could impact their evaluation of your performance. Therefore, it is important to present your old assessment to the new assessor to ensure a fair and accurate evaluation. **
